Important Information for Buyers
- Customs Clearance: Please note that customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and any other local charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer upon arrival of the shipment at the destination port. We will provide all necessary documentation to facilitate this process, but the buyer is responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations.
- Insurance: We can arrange for marine insurance upon request, depending on the Incoterm selected. Please discuss your insurance needs with our sales team.
- Import Regulations: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the imported grain complies with all applicable import regulations and food safety standards in their country. We recommend consulting with your local customs authorities and relevant regulatory bodies prior to placing an order.
- Inspection: Buyers may arrange for pre-shipment inspections at their own expense. We can facilitate access for inspectors as needed.
